Turns an object's item-type mask and public flags into a PluginObjectClass. It is a plain function over those two numbers, so a value that exists only as loose fields -- a vendor's shop listing, for instance -- can be classified without a full object.

Classify(uint, uint)

Classifies one object from its item-type mask and public flags. The public flags win where the two disagree, so a container that is also a corpse reads as a corpse. Reports Unknown when neither says anything.
