public PluginInventoryCompletion(long Revision, PluginInventoryCommandKind Kind, uint SourceObjectId, uint WeenieError)

Revision long: Counts up by one for every completion, so a plugin can tell a fresh one from one it has already seen. Zero means nothing has completed yet.
Kind PluginInventoryCommandKind: Which kind of request this answers.
SourceObjectId uint: The item the request acted on.
WeenieError uint: The server's error code; zero means the request went through.

True when a request has actually completed and the server reported no error for it.

Counts up by one for every completion, so a plugin can tell a fresh one from one it has already seen. Zero means nothing has completed yet.
